Special Support Programs

Host Frye supports our clients in many different ways. We built HostFrye.com to be an interactive "one stop shop" that allows web professionals to use all of the available tools within the Host Frye website to launch a compelling, dynamic, online web presence. The majority of our clients are able to register a domain name, select and procure a hosting plan, and then upload their website onto the Internet within the Control Panel without any assistance from HostFrye.com. We strive to make all of the necessary tools that are required to launch a website readily available within this website.

However, we understand that many new clients may not be familiar with what steps are required to select a domain name, decide on a website hosting plan, build a website, or to upload website files onto a FTP site to ultimately launch a website onto the Internet. We encourage clients that are new to website creation, to first review both our FAQs page and to search within our online forum (below) for any questions that others once asked that our support team provided answers for. Most common problems have been addressed within either our FAQs page or within our web forum.

If your question has not yet been addressed within either our FAQs page or our forum, please submit a new question within our forum and we will provide an answer to your question shortly. Your question and our answer(s) to your question will both help to address your needs and to provide a solution to others whom may also have the same question that you do.

In addition to the forum, we are available to answer any sales or technical questions through our online ticketing system located within the Contacts page. If your question submitted within your ticket would be helpful to others, we may post your question and our answer to your question within our online web forum to further assist others that may have a similar need to the one that you have. We follow up on all tickets in the order that they are received and we will provide a prompt resolution to all client tickets entered.
